Our Mission

At The Dance Fam & Rehab Inc., our mission is to provide high quality dance instruction alongside a specialized focus on injury prevention and rehabilitation. Whether you are interested in taking dance classes, hoping to develop an individualized exercise program, searching for a rehab clinic to aid with your injuries and pain, or a combination of them all, The Dance Fam & Rehab is perfect for you! With access to both services, our dancers have the resources to train safely and biomechanically efficient in the dance studio. In addition, our clients in our clinic have an opportunity to utilize dance as an effective exercise or rehabilitation method if desired!

Our goal is to create a welcoming and diverse environment where everyone feels included and valued. We believe that everyone should have the access and skills necessary to succeed in their chosen sport and/or progress through their rehab. Our company encourages individuals of all ages and abilities to join our family through our dance programs and/or rehabilitation services. 

Our facility is wheelchair accessible, ensuring our access points and interior layout have accommodating features!

With our location just off Highway 401, our services are utilized by individuals and families in Milton, Mississauga, Georgetown, Campbellville, and more! Considering the extensive variety of genres we offer and ages we accommodate, we have dancers and patients starting as young as 6 months old up to 80+ years old!
