What To Expect At Your Appointment

Parking

We have a private parking area for our clinic that is fully accessible. When you arrive, park in the lot on the left and follow the black path to the front door. 

Upon Your Arrival

Your therapist will meet you at the front door to let you in and guide you to your treatment room. You will be asked to remove your outdoor footwear and will be offered a comfortable pair of indoor slippers.

During Your Appointment

Your therapist will begin your appointment by asking you some questions to understand your treatment goals and pertinent health information. Your therapist will then explain the course of treatment and ask for your consent. Once you consent, your treamtent will begin!

After Your Appointment

Once your appointment is complete, your therapist will provide you with home care advice and lead you to the front lobby where you will complete payment or process a direct claim (if you have insurance). You are then welcome to book your follow up appointment, return your indoor slippers, and enjoy the rest of your day!

Cancellation Policy

Please note we require a credit card on file for all appointments booked. This card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no show. All patients will be advised before a charge is processed. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. 

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time without any penality.

Late Cancellation

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your schedule time, you will be charged 50% of your appointment fee.

No Show Appointment

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not provided notice to our clinic, you will be charged the full appointment fee.

No problem! Send us a text or email with the appointment you would like to book with your availability and our therapist will try her best to open up an appointment for you. 

Yes! Our clinic will ask for your insurance information so we can process your claim for you. Our direct billing services apply to most insurnace plans. 

No, you do not need a referral from your doctor to book an appointment. However, if you plan to use personal health benefits, there are several insurers that require a doctor's note to cover your appointment fees.

Absolutely! We believe every individual is an athlete, not just those who play sports. We strive to care for all individuals who move, no matter how small or how intense the movement is. 

Our business offers two separate services: a wellness clinic and a dance studio. But do not worry, you do not have to be a dancer to book an appointment in our clinic.
